Since most of the items are either used, pre-owned or old stock items and sold as is, we do offer a 14-days return warranty. We do our best to list the best quality items. The condition of the item is described with images and within the description.
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, the costs for the return shipment must be paid by the buyer. For returns or cancellation, please contact us by mail support@vintomatic.com or by using the contact-form
You are able to cancel an order within 48 hours. Please contact us support@vintomatic.com within 48 hours to cancel an order. If for some reason your item has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
