A nice Technics (by Panasonic) SL-1510 vintage turntable with some traces of use, mainly on the top cover. Comes with original mat. Stylus is in place. Very nice and solidly built turntable. This is a fairly heavy turntable with a very decent weight in the platter.
Basic testing has been done, played a few records (33 rpm). Plays great, and sounds good! Please note, very occasionally when turning the speed selector Off and On again, the speed suddenly drops but recovers as soon the pitch is being adjusted.
This is an overall maintenance-friendly very reliable direct drive turntable, no belt drive. Needs some oil once per 2000 hours. The dust cover has some scratches. The brown of the outer housing is a bit dull.
Plateau will be removed for shipment and packed separately and arm secured. The two transportation screws will be placed to prevent damage during shipment. Note: You need to remove both screws, before first use! (see pictures)
